AI agents for the work that repeats
Grow the business, not the busywork.
paloto turns a repetitive task into an AI agent. Anyone who can explain their job can train one — no prompts, no developers, no IT project, just an afternoon of the person who does the work.
Now onboarding our first pilot customers.

01 / The value
The hours stop growing with the order book.
The hours rise with volume because the work is done by hand, and how to do it sits in people's heads rather than in any system. paloto gets that knowledge out — not into a document, but into an agent that does the work. Each one is trained in an afternoon and then runs every day, so cost per order falls as volume rises instead of tracking it.
- 01
It sees the work no system records.
Process mining reads software logs. paloto also captures paper forms, phone calls and chat threads — which is where most of the manual cost actually sits.
- 02
The whole process, redesigned first.
Every team shows its part, so waiting time and needless handoffs come out first. You never pay to automate a broken process.
- 03
It ends in a working agent, not a report.
No consulting deliverable to implement afterwards. The person who knows the task trains the agent, and answers it when a new case turns up.
- 04
Adoption you don't have to drive.
People use what they trained themselves, so it spreads team by team — with no rollout budget, no steering committee and no training programme to fund.
- 05
Knowledge that stops walking out.
How the job is really done gets written into the agent as it is automated. When someone retires or resigns, the task is already running and the vacancy does not have to be filled.
02 / How it works
Onboarding an agent, step by step.
A new colleague takes weeks of training and a salary. An agent takes an afternoon of showing it the job — and then it does that job every day.
Identify
The task that costs the most hours.
Most people already know which one it is. For those who don't, a short AI-guided interview walks through the week, and managers can flag the obvious candidates — but the person doing the work makes the call, because they are the one who has to train it.

The agent takes over, and asks you when something's new.
It runs the task from then on. When it meets a case it has not seen, it asks you, learns the answer, and handles it alone next time.

03 / Use cases
Where the hours are.
Each of these is high-volume, low-judgement work that scales with the order book. paloto fits any industry, and the work doesn't have to be on a computer yet — if it lives on paper, on the phone or in a chat thread, paloto brings it into your systems and automates it there.

04 / FAQ
Questions, answered.
What exactly is paloto?
A tool that lets employees turn tedious tasks into AI agents. They show the task, paloto builds the agent, and they stay in charge of it.
How long until the first agent is working?
Training the agent takes an afternoon. What sets the go-live date is the connection to your systems and IT's approval of it, which we plan together at the start of a pilot.
How do we measure whether it worked?
Before the pilot we count what the task costs now: how often it happens and how long each one takes. The agent logs every run, so the same count afterwards is a like-for-like comparison.
What happens when the person who built the agent leaves?
The agent keeps running. How the job is done is written into it rather than held in one person's head, which is the opposite of what happens today.
Do employees need technical skills?
No. If you can show a colleague how you do something, you can build an agent with paloto.
More questions
Who decides what gets automated?
The employee, within the areas your company sets. Managers can suggest pain points; the person who does the task chooses and confirms it.
What if the work happens on paper or by phone?
Employees show it the way it happens today: a photo of the form, an uploaded file, or by talking it through. paloto brings it into your systems and automates it there.
Is this employee monitoring?
No. Nothing is captured unless the employee starts it, and they remove private details before anything is uploaded.
What happens when the agent doesn't know what to do?
It asks the person who built it, learns the answer, and handles that case on its own next time. Every action is logged.
Which systems does it work with?
ERP, CRM, mailboxes and other business tools through their official connections. Where none exist, the agent can work through the screen.
What about GDPR and works councils?
paloto is designed for GDPR, works-council agreements and US notice rules. We provide the documents you need.
Start where it costs you most.
We run a small number of pilots at a time, and we build the first agents side by side with your team. It starts with one task — the one costing you the most hours — rather than a rollout programme, so you can price the result before you commit to anything wider.
